Getting Started

Create an Account

1. Open Cosmos and tap Sign Up.
2. Enter your details and tap the Sign Up button.
3. When the account has been created tap Done.

The Start screen is displayed so you can take photos, choose existing photos or create notes.

Syncing

Cosmos automatically syncs all your photos and notes to the cloud every 15 minutes using CloudSync. You can also manually sync by tapping the bottom bar at any time.

Cosmos will use Wifi if available, or 3G for syncing.

If you happen to make changes when the network is not available, changes are logged then sent once Cosmos can connect to the CloudSync servers again.

Sharing

Simply share your account details with family or friends and they will see exactly the same albums and photos that you see.

They take photos - you see them. You take photos - they see them.

About Albums and Groups

Cosmos lets you organize your photos into albums and groups. An album holds photos (and notes), whereas a group can be used to organize albums.

If you are already viewing an album when you take a photo, the new photo will go in the album you are viewing.

If you are not viewing an album, photos go in the New Photos album.

You can create, edit and delete albums and groups by tapping Edit at the top of the Albums screen.

Taking Photos

1. Tap Take a Photo or the Camera icon in the bottom bar. Use the device's camera to take one or more photos.
2. Tap Use to save a photo to Cosmos. Photos are saved to the New Photos album at first. If you are viewing another album when you take a photo, the photo is added to the album you are viewing.

Adding Photos from your Camera Roll

1. Tap the Plus icon and tap Choose Existing.
2. Tap a photo and it's added to Cosmos.

Adding Notes

1. Tap the Plus icon and tap Create a Note.
2. Type the note details and tap Save.
